Unfinished, Ready to Urethane

 

This floating cork floor comes with either a stained or natural surface and is ready to urethane. Urethane is applied to the cork surface after the plank is installed. Three coats (see directions) of satin urethane (low gloss) are required to seal this product, thus making it ready for foot traffic.

 

The surface of this floating cork is semi-smooth with visible natural texture on its surface. The center section of the plank (the tongue and groove area) is made of (HDF) high density fiber board. The unique tongue and groove locking system "clicks" the planks together. The back of the plank has a 2-mm layer of cork that acts as a sound insulator and prevents movement.

The colour you choose can be placed on any Easy-Snap cork surface.

 

This cork plank is available with a square or beveled edge.

 

Our urethane is water-based, environmentally sensitive, quick drying, and practically odorless.

 

Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

This floating cork floor plank is pre-finished with several coats of urethane applied to the cork surface at the factory.

 

The urethane has a satin finish (low gloss) and the plank has a smooth texture. Pre-finished cork floating planks are available with a square or bevel edge.

 

The center section of the plank (the tongue and groove area) is made of (HDF) high density fiber board. The unique tongue and groove locking system "clicks" the planks together.

 

The back of the plank has a 2-mm layer of cork that acts as a sound insulator and prevents movement.

 

Floating cork floors are available in different size configurations such as wide and narrow planks or tiles.

Regal floating cork floor planks are covered with a layer of factory applied clear vinyl.

 

The vinyl is fused to the plank surface using bonding agents and great pressure.

 

The precision cut edges are sealed with acrylic lacquer to prevent the invasion of moisture.

 

The vinyl surface of Regal floating cork floor planks make them easily maintained with a broom or vacuum cleaner and occasional washing with warm water and mild detergent.
